– Telecaller (Study Abroad) Job Title: Telecaller / Overseas Education Counsellor Industry: Study Abroad / Overseas Education Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with students who are interested in pursuing higher education abroad. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining study-abroad opportunities, understanding students' requirements and scheduling counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students from the leads provided by the company. Explain overseas education opportunities in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany and other destinations. Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals and study-abroad preferences.

Provide basic information about universities, courses, eligibility criteria and admission procedures. Explain the IELTS/PTE requirements and other English proficiency tests. Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.

Schedule appointments for students with the senior education counsellor. Maintain student information, call records and follow-up details. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Convert potential leads into counselling appointments and admissions.

Required Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.



Confidence in handling outbound calls. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student queries professionally. Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Eligibility: Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in telecalling, customer support or education counselling is an advantage.

Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs): Number of calls per day. Interested leads generated. Follow-up completion. Counselling appointments scheduled. Lead conversion rate.

Working Environment: Office-based / Full-time.

Simple explanation of the job: Your main responsibility is to call students, understand whether they are interested in studying abroad, explain the basic process, answer their initial questions and arrange a meeting with an education counsellor. You don't necessarily need to handle the complete admission process as a telecaller. Your primary responsibility is lead generation and appointment booking.
