We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, engaging them via phone calls to promote our products/services, generate high-quality leads, and address inquiries.Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.
- Answer inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Explain product features, perks, and pricing clearly to build customer interest.
- Follow up with existing and potential leads to drive conversions.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
