Job Overview The Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team in Raipur. The selected candidates will be responsible for making calls, communicating with candidates and clients, and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to candidates and potential clients.

Explain job opportunities, services, and relevant details.

Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.

Maintain call records and update candidate information.

Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Handle queries professionally and build positive relationships.

Requirements





Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
