We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Real Estate Tele-Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for pitching premium properties, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to introduce real estate projects.

- Client Engagement: Build robust customer relationships through clear, persuasive, and professional communication.

- Database Management: Maintain precise records of client interactions and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

Requirements:

- Industry Experience: Minimum [2] years of experience specifically inside the real estate market.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.

- Drive: Self-motivated target achiever who handles objections with confidence and ease.

Pay: ₹8,700.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
