: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to promote company services, connect with potential customers, generate sales leads, and convert interested prospects into customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using company-provided data.

- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.

- Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

- Maintain records of calls, sales leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.





- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, email, and WhatsApp.

- Positive convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.

- Knowledge of finance or financial services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
