We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating qualified leads, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

#Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle incoming property inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads for Land, residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and investment interests.
- Explain property details, available projects, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule client meetings, property inspections, and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update lead information, call records, and follow-up status in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Achieve daily calling,



lead generation, and appointment targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi; basic English communication preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong persuasion, customer-handling, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
