Position: Telecaller – HoReCa

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and QSRs.
- Identify and connect with restaurant owners, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
- Introduce KitchenX and explain our B2B food supply services.
- Generate potential business leads and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule business meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily calling reports and lead updates.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.




- Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Experience in Telecalling, HoReCa, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience).
