Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding financial products, loan enquiries, EMI follow-ups, and other financial services.

- Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic information about financial products and services.

- Enter and update customer information, enquiry details, and financial records in Excel or CRM software.

- Maintain accurate customer databases and daily calling records.

- Follow up with prospective customers for loan applications, documentation, and pending requirements.

- Verify customer details and maintain proper documentation.

- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for smooth processing of customer applications.

- Achieve daily calling and data entry targets.

- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.





- Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing speed.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.

- Good communication and telephone etiquette.

- Basic understanding of financial products, loans, EMI, and banking services will be an advantage.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
