Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating business leads, communicating with potential customers and following up with clients regarding the company's diesel generator products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate business leads and identify potential clients.
- Explain the company's products and services to customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and daily call records.
- Schedule appointments and arrange follow-ups.




- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales management.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B tele calling or industrial sales.
- Lead generation and customer follow-up experience.
- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
