We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Banking and Lending Origination Systems (LOS) to drive digital lending transformation initiatives across Retail and SME lending portfolios. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, risk, credit, and technology teams to gather requirements, design solutions,

manage LOS workflows, support integrations, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct requirement gathering and discovery workshops with stakeholders.
- Analyze lending processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows and Use Cases.
- Configure and manage LOS workflows and user journeys.
- Define integration requirements and support API-based integrations.
- Participate in solution design discussions.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases and UAT scripts.
- Coordinate UAT, defect resolution and business sign-offs.
- Support deployment, hypercare and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills Banking & Lending Domain

- Understanding of Banking and Financial Services.
- Experience in Retail Lending and/or SME Lending.
- Knowledge of Loan Origination Lifecycle, Underwriting, KYC, Compliance and Disbursement

processes.

LOS Expertise

- Hands-on experience with Lending Origination Systems (LOS).
- Understanding of end-to-end loan origination processes.
- Experience configuring workflow-based LOS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Lead Squared LOS including workflow configuration, automation,implementation support and enhancements.
- Experience integrating Bureau, CKYC, AML, eKYC, LMS, Payment Gateway and Account Aggregator systems.

Business Analysis & Documentation

- Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories and Process Documents.
- Gap analysis and solution recommendation skills.

Technical Skills

- Strong SQL knowledge for analysis and reporting.




- Understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and application architecture.
- Hands-on development experience in Node.js including API development, backend services,integrations and production support.
- Hands-on development experience in Python including scripting, automation, data validation, API integrations and reporting automation.
- Experience reviewing and supporting Node.js and Python codebases.
- Familiarity with microservices, middleware/ESB, message queues and ETL concepts.
- Understanding of deployment lifecycle, release management and production support.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LeadSquared, FinnOne, Newgen, Finflux, CredAble or equivalent LOS platforms.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Understanding of RBI lending guidelines.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 23 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Techno-Functional Analyst, LOS Consultant, or Functional Consultant in Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Digital Lending environments.
- Solid hands-on experience with LeadSquared LOS.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, BRD/FRD preparation, UAT coordination, and project delivery.
- Hands-on exposure to SQL, REST APIs, Node.js, Python, and system integrations.
