We are looking for a skilled and experienced Wind Turbine Generator Rewinding Technician / Engineer to handle the rewinding, repair, maintenance, testing, and inspection of wind turbine generators. The candidate should have good knowledge of electrical machines, stator and rotor winding, insulation systems, and electrical testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rewinding and repair work on wind turbine generators.

Handle stator and rotor dismantling, inspection, and reassembly.

Carry out coil removal, coil manufacturing, and coil insertion activities.

Perform coil winding, coil feeding, wedging, and winding connections.

Execute series connections, brazing, soldering, and insulation work.

Inspect winding condition, insulation, and mechanical components.

Identify winding defects, short circuits, earth faults, and insulation failures.

Ensure proper quality standards and safety procedures during all activities.





Coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

8th , 10th , 12 th , ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience in electrical motor or generator rewinding.

Knowledge of wind turbine generator components and working principles.

Practical experience in stator winding, rotor winding, and coil manufacturing.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: 0–2 years in generator or motor rewinding (preferred).
