- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques with consultation with Project Incharge recommending system improvements.
- Documents relating service and installation forms, reports, logs, and records need to be maintained as per the instructions of the Project Incharge.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading relevant skilled publications/ articles.
