Job Information Avya Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical SEO Specialist with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO and website optimization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO audits, website crawling and indexing, Core Web Vitals, website architecture, and search engine optimization.

We are looking for someone who can independently identify technical SEO issues, implement optimization strategies, and work closely with developers and content teams to improve website performance, search engine visibility, and organic growth. The candidate should have practical experience with SEO tools, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Highlights

Responsibilities





As a key member of our team, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify website errors, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze and improve website crawling, indexing, rendering, and search engine accessibility.
- Optimize website architecture, URL structures, navigation, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page loading speed, and mobile performance.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and structured data.
- Identify and resolve duplicate content, broken links, crawl errors, and indexing issues.
- Implement schema markup and structured data to improve search engine understanding.
- Analyze JavaScript-related SEO issues and ensure search engines can properly crawl and index website content.
- Monitor website performance, organic traffic, and indexing status using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog for website audits and SEO analysis.
- Work closely with developers to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve website search visibility.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and the latest technical SEO practices.
- Prepare technical SEO reports and track the performance of implemented improvements.

Skills & Abilities Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in SEO, with strong hands-on expertise in Technical SEO.




- Proven experience conducting technical SEO audits and resolving complex website issues.
- Strong understanding of website crawling, indexing, rendering, and search engine behavior.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Practical experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and mobile usability.
- Experience with XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and schema markup.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Ability to identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with developers for implementation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO activities and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience handling multiple websites or large-scale websites.
- Knowledge of International SEO and Local SEO.
- Experience with JavaScript SEO and advanced technical SEO implementation.
- Familiarity with Google Looker Studio and SEO reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of website security, HTTPS, and server response codes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and content writers.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and emerging search technologies.
