Hiring: Technical Sales Manager — Baghouses & Industrial Filtration

Masturlal Fabrichem Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a sales professional with robust, hands-on technical knowledge of baghouses and industrial dust collection systems .

Relevant technical experience is essential. We are looking for candidates who have worked with:

- Baghouse/dust collector manufacturers or air pollution control OEMs; or
- Filter bag manufacturers in technical sales, applications, commissioning or service roles.

You should be comfortable discussing:

- Pulse-jet and reverse-air baghouse operation.
- Filter media selection based on temperature, gas chemistry, moisture and dust characteristics.
- Air-to-cloth ratio, differential pressure and cleaning systems.
- Bag failures, premature wear, blinding and emission issues.
- Filter bag and cage specifications, fitment and replacement requirements.

The role:



Visit industrial plants across India (usually closer to your operating location) , assess filtration requirements, recommend solutions with our technical team, develop customer relationships and convert enquiries into orders.

Candidates from applications, commissioning or technical service backgrounds who want to move into sales are welcome.
