Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals. The candidate should have a good understanding of IT skills, recruitment platforms, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Analysts, QA Engineers, and other IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical suitability, experience, and communication skills.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases,



recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.

Required Skills
- Understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
