Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and functional roles.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-hire technology skills.
Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate technical evaluation processes.
Drive employer branding initiatives through professional networking and social platforms.
Skills & Experience Required
3-8 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Proven hiring experience across
- Backend, Frontend & Full Stack Engineering
- iOS, Android & Flutter Development
- AI, Generative AI & Machine Learning
- Data Engineering & Data Architecture
- Manual & Automation QA
Strong understanding of up-to-date technology stacks and hiring landscapes. Expertise in sourcing niche and hard-to-fill technical roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
