Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter – Engineering Recruitment.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for engineering and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, crafting accurate job descriptions, and building effective recruitment strategies for niche and high-demand skills. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines,



conducting structured assessments, managing communication throughout the hiring process, and ensuring an inclusive, fair candidate experience.

The Technical

Recruiter will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruitment processes, leverage data for decision-making, and support RPO engagements for global clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess proven Technical Recruiting and Hiring skills for engineering and technology roles across multiple domains.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting for cloud, DevOps, data, full stack, security, and telecom engineering roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet agreed timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
