Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end technical facility management operations across multiple client locations.

- Oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building utility systems.

- Plan, monitor, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

- Ensure smooth functioning of DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS, chillers, pumps, lifts, and HVAC systems.

- Manage technical teams, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and maintenance staff.

- Ensure timely resolution of technical complaints, equipment breakdowns, and client escalations.

- Conduct regular technical site inspections, audits, and equipment performance reviews.

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and safety procedures.

- Monitor maintenance budgets, spare parts, inventory, and vendor performance.

- Implement energy conservation initiatives and cost optimisation measures.

- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, equipment downtime, and preventive maintenance schedules.





- Prepare and submit periodic technical and operational performance reports.

- Maintain effective client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: 812 years in Technical Facility Management / MEP Operations.

- Experience in handling multiple client locations and large technical teams.

- Robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Candidates with Integrated Facility Management (IFM) experience will be preferred.
