Software testing: Practical knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, test cases, defect reporting, and UAT. Troubleshooting: Ability to investigate issues systematically and distinguish data, configuration, process, and software defects. Scripting: Ability to execute and troubleshoot existing scripts and understand basic scripting concepts. Python, Java, or shell scripting experience is an advantage. Business analysis: Ability to gather requirements, document workflows, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria. AI tools: Practical ability to use approved AI tools to improve productivity, with independent verification of generated results. Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate technical notes, test evidence, process documentation, and issue records.
