Role & responsibilities

Conduct audit at project sites and evlauate the operational activities to ensure that the activities are performed as per the execution plan, in compliance with the contract agreement, SoPs and management's objectives.

Identify the areas /scope of improvement in execution to increase the efficiency & productivity.

Verify the areas of contracts, drawings, execution, Physical verification of materials, consumption & reconciliation, Quality of work, Correspondence with client, work progress, P&M; utilization etc.

Identify the extra work or events where claims to be raised and check the status there of.

Assess probable risks to the project execution which may affect the project in terms of time, cost, quality or safety.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/ B Tech/ M Tech in Civil engineering from a reputed college

5 to 10 years of experience in various departments in project execution / monitoring. Preferably in Road & Hydro electrical projects.

Positive Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel about 10 - 15 days in a month
