We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical & Commercial Executive to handle technical and commercial activities, including preparation of quotations, cost estimation, client coordination, tender documentation and project follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of engineering services and valuable communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals and cost estimates for engineering projects.
- Review RFQs (Request for Quotations) and understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to collect project inputs and prepare commercial offers.
- Prepare and maintain quotation records, commercial documents and project-related correspondence.
- Communicate with clients regarding quotations, enquiries, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and technical information.
- Assist in tender preparation, vendor registration and submission of commercial documents.
- Track submitted quotations and follow up with clients for order confirmation.
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and work orders.
- Support the business development and project management teams.





Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / BBA / Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Candidates with knowledge of technical sales, commercial operations or engineering services will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and learning abilities can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication is required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements.
