WE'RE HIRING | TECHNICAL ARCHITECT IAM / RBAC MODERNIZATION

Pansoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Architect Location: Remote – US Based

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities to join a long-term engagement with a leading US-based Higher Education client.

- Lead enterprise IAM, IGA and RBAC architecture and modernization.
- Design identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Drive Workday-to-Entra ID identity provisioning and synchronization.
- Design RBAC frameworks, role engineering and access governance.
- Lead Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), provisioning and deprovisioning automation.
- Oversee SSO, SCIM, SAML, OIDC and API integrations.
- Assess PeopleSoft identity dependencies and migration requirements.
- Lead technical design, configuration, testing and production deployment.





Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of enterprise IT architecture or security experience.

8+ years of IAM/IGA architecture experience.

Experience leading 3+ RBAC/IGA modernization implementations.

Active Microsoft SC-300 certification – Mandatory.

Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Workday.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft identity integrations and dependencies.

Strong understanding of RBAC, JML, access governance and SoD.

Experience with SCIM, SAML, OIDC, SSO and API integrations.

Proven experience leading technical teams and end-to-end implementations.

Preferred: SC-100, CISSP/CISSP-ISSAP, Workday integration certification, higher education/public-sector experience and NIST CSF 2.0 alignment.
