Hiring: Technical Agent US Voice Support

Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore

Experience: 8+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)

Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM IST (Fixed Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Sunday, including weekends, with rotational weekly offs on weekdays

Notice period: Immediate

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Technical Agent with a strong background in Help Desk/Service Desk operations, US Voice Support, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Help Desk/Service Desk support.
- Hands-on experience in US Voice Support and technical troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365,



Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prior Call Centre/BPO experience will be an added advantage.
