- Manage a team of technical sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the building material industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and institutional clients.
- Provide technical expertise on industrial products and solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 3-11 years of experience in B2B sales or techno-commercial sales in the building materials industry.
- Solid understanding of industrial product sales, project sales, and technical sales principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical information effectively.
