Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment.
- Qualification: Graduate or MBA.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve defined sourcing and recruitment targets.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Work efficiently in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment.
