Preferred Skills

1. Should be ready to work in 24/7 environment. (Primarily Night Shifts)

- 2.Should be ready to do WFO
- 3.Should be okay with calling profile(inbound/outbound) assisting customer.
- 4.Should have valuable communication skills.
- 1. Should have basic understanding of networking.

- Ip addresses, DHCP, function of router & switches.
- 1. How internet works.

- 1. Layer1(Checking cable connectivity, device reboot, identifying cable cut at premise) checks, Layer 2 & Layer 3 troubleshooting.
