Role Overview:

As a Tech Lead for AI/ML, you will serve as the technical anchor for our advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives based in Hyderabad. Your day-to-day involves architecting scalable AI solutions, mentoring a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, and bridging the gap between complex algorithmic research and production-grade software. You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven strategies.

By driving the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, you will directly influence customer experience and operational efficiency, ensuring our technology stack remains at the cutting edge of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy robust machine learning models to production environments to solve critical business problems and improve user personalization.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rigorous code quality to accelerate project delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to define the AI roadmap, ensuring technical initiatives align with long-term organizational growth objectives.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and infrastructure to enhance model performance, latency,



and scalability for high-traffic applications.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI/ML frameworks and tools to maintain a competitive advantage in our product offerings.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying machine learning systems at scale, with a deep understanding of Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, providing mentorship and architectural guidance to junior members while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically in managing MLOps workflows and containerized deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership and influence strategic decision-making.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.
- High adaptability to a hybrid work setting, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to drive results in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
- 5 - 9 years of hands-on experience in building and scaling AI/ML solutions within a product-focused organization.
