- Allocate daily marketing activities to all marketing staff.

- Assign locations and areas for field marketing.

- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality.

- Check daily field visits and customer interactions.

- Generate new bike and scooter enquiries.

- Conduct door-to-door marketing activities.

- Arrange promotional campaigns and roadshows.

- Coordinate with nearby shops, companies, colleges and institutions for marketing opportunities.

- Monitor customer enquiry generation.

- Follow up on marketing-generated leads.

- Coordinate with showroom sales executives to convert enquiries into bookings.

- Motivate marketing staff to achieve individual and team targets.
