iBullCapital is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of 4–5 Telesales and Customer Support Executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4–5 members.
- Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Train and guide team members to improve sales and communication skills.
- Maintain daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales and customer support operations.
- Ensure effective CRM management and lead tracking.





Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, or Team Handling.
- Experience in the stock market, Fintech, or Financial Services preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and team performance.
- Good knowledge of CRM and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
