## Position: Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader who can lead a sales team, drive targets, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, clients, and channel partners.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Take ownership of the complete sales pipeline.
- Ensure proper lead tracking and CRM discipline.
- Monitor conversion rates and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly Sales MIS for management.
- Track inventory status and collection updates.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign feedback.
- Handle escalations related to high-value bookings and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with channel partners.
- Motivate the team and maintain a robust on-ground sales presence
