Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader to manage and lead a team of telecallers. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling telecalling teams, driving sales conversions and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, monitor and motivate a team of telecallers.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team calling performance.
- Train and coach team members to improve conversion rates.
- Track leads, follow-ups and admission/sales closures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
- Ensure team productivity and target achievement.

Mandatory Experience
- Proven experience in handling and managing a telecalling sales team.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in target-based sales operations.
- Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.





Preferred Industry Background Candidates with experience in the following industries will be given preference:
- Study Abroad / Overseas Education
- Fintech / Financial Services
- Matrimony Services
- Banking / Insurance
- EdTech / Education Sales
- Other target-driven telecalling businesses

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling preferred.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Robust focus on lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
