Department: Food & Beverage Service

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / F&B; Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant and F&B; service operations.
- Lead, guide, and allocate duties to service team members.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and quality service to guests.
- Monitor table setup, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food service and special guest requests.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
- Ensure proper billing, order processing, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Monitor team grooming, attendance, and adherence to SOPs.
- Support upselling initiatives and achieve guest satisfaction targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in F&B; Service, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.

Key Skills: Leadership, communication, guest handling, team coordination, problem-solving, and service excellence. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
