WE'RE HIRING | TEAM LEADER – ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase 2, New Delhi

Experience: 6–11 Years

Qualification: M.Com / CA Inter

Team Handling: Minimum 1 Year

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong international accounting knowledge and proven team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
- Oversee bank, escrow, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage General Ledger maintenance and month-end closing.
- Review financial statements and accounting activities.
- Handle variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting processes.
- Train team members and implement quality control measures.




- Support budgeting and cash management activities.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of accounting concepts and Balance Sheet.
- Experience in US/UK/Canadian accounting processes.
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Reconciliation and R2R.
- Good knowledge of General Ledger and financial reporting.
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling a team of at least 3 members.

Shift Timings:

- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Full Night Shift)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
