Role & Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end cycle of Accounts Payables (Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments, Vendor Master and T&E;).
- Lead end-to-end Quality Control operations.
- Ensure adherence to CTQs (Critical to Quality parameters), SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Review audit findings, identify quality gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure daily audits are performed and reported to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare RCAs and 5 Whys for errors with strong preventive actions.
- Ensure all teams' deliverables are completed on time, compliant with relevant standards and policies, and reported accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all SLA and KPI targets.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Handle internal reporting and adherence to SLAs.




- Exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets on Teams TAT and Accuracy.

Good to Have
- B.Com, M.Com / Post Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 0–7 years of professional experience in Accounts Payables.
- Positive understanding of Finance and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of various ERPs – SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
