Position: Team Lead – Finance

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru

Experience: 6+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / BBM

Job Responsibilities

- Manage fixed assets, asset maintenance, physical verification and reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), customer accounts and credit control.
- Monitor collections, overdue payments and customer credit assessments.
- Manage cash applications, payment discrepancies and customer disputes.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations and bad debt provisions.
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure data accuracy.
- Support month-end closing, financial reporting and statutory/internal audits.
- Supervise team members and coordinate with Sales, Customer Care and Finance teams.

Candidate Requirements:




- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Finance/Accounts, preferably in Credit & Collections.
- Prior experience in team handling or supervision is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- SAP working experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹116,000.00 per month
