Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader (TL) from the BPO/BPS industry who can manage a team of 3035+ associates, drive operational performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of 3035+ associates.
- Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure achievement of operational targets and SLAs.
- Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues.
- Motivate team members and maintain team discipline.




- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in the BPO/BPS industry.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar team-handling role.
- Must have managed a team of at least 30–35 employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Valuable understanding of operational metrics, productivity, and performance management.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
