We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Accounts Receivable (AR) with robust expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to join our team.
Key Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR)
- On-paper Team Lead or SME experience with strong team-handling skills
- Denial Management exposure is mandatory
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Graduation is mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Lead and manage a team of AR Callers / AR Analysts
- Handle AR follow-ups with insurance companies
- Monitor team productivity and performance metrics
- Work on aging reduction, denial management, and collections
- Ensure quality standards and client SLAs are met
