We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to make language learning engaging, interactive, and enjoyable for primary and middle school students.

The teacher will be responsible for developing students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills while fostering a lifelong love for English language and literature.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Encourage creative writing, storytelling, reading habits, and public speaking.
- Use creative, activity-based, and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and examination papers.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organise classroom activities, debates, recitations, and literary events.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-disciplined classroom environment.
- Support students with different learning abilities and language proficiency levels.




- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, phonics, and language teaching methodologies.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in smart classroom tools and digital teaching resources.
