Role & responsibilities

Conduct live online training sessions for teachers and aspiring educators.

Explain concepts using practical examples and real classroom situations.

Prepare lesson plans, training materials and learning activities.

Conduct interactive discussions, demonstrations and practical sessions.

Guide learners through assignments, projects and teaching demonstrations.

Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.

Support learners in completing their portfolios and capstone projects.

Maintain learner engagement during online sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.

Relevant teaching or teacher-training experience.

Strong knowledge of at least one of the listed specializations.

Positive communication and presentation skills.

Ability to train and engage adult learners.

Comfortable conducting online classes using Google Meet or similar platforms.

Practical teaching knowledge and mentoring skills.
