Roti Kulcha Naan, a pure-veg North Indian restaurant in Bengaluru, is hiring an experienced Tandoor Cook.
Responsibilities
- Prepare naan, kulcha, roti, and other tandoor breads.
- Prepare tandoori starters such as paneer tikka, veg kebabs, Chaaps and similar items.
- Handle tandoor heating, temperature, and cleaning.
- Keep food quality, taste, and portions consistent.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to keep orders on time.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with a tandoor (North Indian cuisine).
- Able to work in shifts and handle rush hours.
- Neat, punctual, and hygiene-conscious.
