Responsibilities

- Tally Prime Operations: Maintain complete, error-free accounting records, journal entries and financial data day-to-day inside Tally Prime.

- Tax Compliance (GST & TDS): End-to-end handling of GST filings, monthly reconciliations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and processing monthly TDS deductions and quarterly returns

- Ledger Management: Create, manage, and audit all accounting ledgers, ensuring accurate posting of expenses, revenues and asset/liability accounts.

- Accounts & Bookkeeping: Maintain daily accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) records and process employee expense claims and vendor payments.

- Bank Reconciliation:



Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to keep account balances perfectly accurate.

- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly balance sheets, profit & loss (P&L;) statements and year-end audit documentations.
