About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic, proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to find and engage tech talent for high-volume client mandates. You will own the top of the funnel: sourcing, screening and moving candidates quickly to interviews. If you enjoy fast-paced hiring, chasing targets and talking to candidates all day, this role is for you.

Role & responsibilities

- Source tech candidates (AI, Data & Ananlytics, developers, QA, DevOps, data, cloud and support roles) through Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases.
- Write effective Boolean and X-ray searches to build solid pipelines quickly.
- Screen candidates over the phone for skills, experience, notice period, CTC and location fit.
- Manage high-volume requirements, often several open roles at once, against daily and weekly submission targets.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and client teams; follow up to reduce drop-offs.




- Keep candidate trackers accurate and up to date every day.
- Build and nurture talent pools for repeat skill sets.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand requirements and share market feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience in a volume hiring environment (RPO, staffing firm, consultancy or in-house high-volume team).
- Hands-on tech hiring experience is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of common tech skills and roles, enough to screen candidates confidently.
- Comfortable with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Clear, confident spoken and written English.
- High energy, a proactive mindset and a strong drive to hit targets.
- Good with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking.
- Any graduate degree.
