Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio, and hiring turnaround time.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience handling volume hiring and niche hiring mandates.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
