Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–4 years of recruitment experience to support hiring across technical and niche roles. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing, screening and interview coordination, and grow into full-cycle ownership in a fast-paced, startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (AI, Cybersecurity, Geospatial, Software Development, Data, Tech Architects etc.). Manage recruitment for non-technical and also Niche roles .
- Work with Stakeholder Recruitments and Close positions.
- Understand role requirements from hiring managers and senior TA team members.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, social media, referrals and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to assess fit, availability and expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; follow up with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand roles.
- Support offer rollout, documentation and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
- Prepare basic recruitment trackers and weekly hiring reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Working knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri and other job boards, including Boolean search.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT / technical roles and skill sets.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a startup or technology-driven organization.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Basic understanding of hiring metrics (time-to-hire, sourcing mix, offer-to-join ratio).
- Willingness to learn and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
