Role & responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for exp. professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and Joinings.
2. Identify suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels, develop talent pipelines, and maintain a strong pool of potential hires for current and future requirements.
3. Solid understanding of Job portals
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Strong into ATS Tools for recruitment process
7. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate data and interview feedback
