Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including campus hiring and leadership hiring.
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fitment against job requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (non-IT recruitment).
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
- Solid understanding of campus hiring processes and ability to build relationships with university contacts.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
