Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations and functions.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and drive offer rollouts.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring reports.

What We're Looking For:

- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

- A proactive approach towards sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment delivery.
