Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find, attract, and hire top talent. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and interviewing to onboarding new hires. - Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, portfolios, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidates through the entire hiring process, ensuring a great experience.
- Build a pipeline of qualified talent for future business needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or a similar role.
- Strong sourcing skills using professional networks and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding time management with the ability to handle multiple open roles at once.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
