Apollo Finvest is a publicly listed, tech-first NBFC powering digital lending solutions across India. We partner with fintech companies through advanced APIs and capital solutions to enable digital lending.

We are also scaling Apollo Cash, our digital personal loan app, and are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Associate to build and scale our teams across Engineering, Product, Data, Business, and Operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in startup and technology hiring, particularly Engineering, Product, and Data roles.

This role involves independently managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering directly with founders and hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and leveraging AI tools and automation to improve hiring efficiency.

This is a hands-on recruitment role, not a traditional HR coordination or agency recruitment position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, Business, and Operations.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, startup communities, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
- Develop sourcing strategies and recruitment processes from scratch.
- Build and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Track and improve hiring metrics, including Time-to-Hire, conversion rates, offer acceptance, and quality of hire.




- Ensure a seamless candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 26 years of Talent Acquisition experience within startups, fintechs, or technology companies.
- Strong, hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven experience independently hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data roles.
- Demonstrated ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Robust sourcing capabilities beyond job portals, including LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, AI-powered recruitment tools, and automation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.

Good to Have

- Experience recruiting for fintech or digital lending companies.
- Experience building recruitment processes and sourcing strategies from scratch.
- Familiarity with Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack, Mobile, Data Science, Machine Learning, and DevOps hiring.
- Experience implementing AI-driven recruitment workflows.
