About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitmentfrom sourcing to offer closurewhile delivering a outstanding candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly with quality candidates.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records in the ATS.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.

- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.

Must-have skills

- 4–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

- Strong sourcing, screening,



and stakeholder-management skills.

- Hands-on experience with ATS and job boards.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.

Good to have

- Experience hiring for non-tech, sales, operations, Engineering.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and recruitment analytics.
